The Wheel Nut Man has removed thousands of locking wheel nuts; below is a small section of locking nuts that we have removed, most of which were previously damaged during failed attempts to remove them.  We removed all of these without any additional wheel damage!

A badly damaged Mercedes locking wheel nut removed by us.

The above photo show a Mercedes C-Class wheel which has the Mcgard style nuts fitted.

This removal was more of a complicated removal as the owner had attempted to remove the bolt by various methods, including welding as can be seen in the picture.

We removed this locking nut for the customer on a Sunday afternoon.

A very nice Range Rover wheel showing the wheel nuts replaced without damage.

A trade call out for a garage in Leeds, this photo shows a new set of wheel nuts (provided by the wheel nut man) and fitted to a Range Rover after the original nuts were exceptionally over torqued and couldn't be removed with conventional tools. The dealer (wisely) didn't want to risk damaging these expensive wheels and called us out to be sure.

A badly damaged Mcgard that we removed without any additional damage beyond what turned up.

A very bad previously attempted removal of a Mcgard on a Volvo V70 XC. The Garage and a few tyre bays all attempted to remove this and chiselled the outer wall off the McGuard leaving the centre part only.

This also was chiselled until it split in half as can be seen. The owner had given up hope as had other garages. To the customers delight we removed this in under an hour.

A damaged wheel nut that we removed without a problem.

This damaged wheel nut was removed in no time even after the owner's local garage had drilled and chiselled it to bits.  At least they didn't damage the wheel too much in the process!

A chiselled and badly damaged locking wheel nut after self removal techniques failed.

This Picture shows again another customers wheel nut after self removal techniques had failed.

As can be seen the wheel was damaged from attempts at chiselling and welding, all of which proved of no use. We removed this within 20 minutes plus another locking nut for the customer in an additional 10 minutes.

A very badly damaged locking wheel nut, removed by us after others had failed and caused the damage.

At the opposite end of the scale, the owner of this exceptionally damaged Mercedes wheel had been to several garages and another so called "specialist wheel nut remover" only to end up with a real mess.  We had to remove several broken drill bits before removing what was left of this locking wheel nut.

A Peugeot locking nut that had previously been drilled. Removed in minutes.

Another Peugeot where drilling had previously been attempted in various place with no success.

We removed this in minutes.

A typical flat tyre and no locking wheel nut key, removed in minutes.

Above is an example of a typical job for the wheel nut man; a road-side call out for a customer in trouble with no locking wheel nut key in sight.

Thankfully they had a spare wheel in the car  and were on their way in no time.

A previously drilled and chiselled locking nut removed after everyone else had failed.

A Peugeot 407 which our customer had visited several garages only to end up with this. Chiselled, drilled and also still has broken drill in centre. Customer had actually purchased the car at a very lower price because previous owner could not remove the wheel and given up hope as vehicle needed new brake pads.

We removed this and the remaining locking nuts for the customer.

A blow-out and customer stuck without a locking key.  We removed this in minutes.

Here is a sample showing a Range Rover with a blow-out and no locking nut key. Their breakdown & recovery service failed to remove the locking nuts with their standard kit. We removed all 4 locking wheel nuts in under 30 minutes.

A wheel nut that had been needlessly chiselled causing damage to the wheel and nut. Removed before any more damage done.

Shown above is yet another needless chiselling attempt which ended up damaging the wheel, we removed this in minutes, and the remainder before any more damage was done.

A badly damaged wheel nut which had been worked on for hours by several garaged daming the wheel.  We removed this easily.

Another example proving that some garages simply do not know when to admit defeat and stop.  This wheel nut was removed by us with no additional damage to the wheel.  Sadly for the customer, their wheels suffered quite a bit at the hands of their local tyre garage before we were called in.
